777 Manila Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777 Manila ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the 777 Manila platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are effective from the moment you register an account. If you access the platform without registering, these Terms still apply to your use of any publicly available features.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each person may only hold one account on 777 Manila. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. 777 Manila will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 777 Manila account.
• Never access your account on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Do not share your account login with anyone, including family members.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support as soon as possible.

All information you provide during registration – including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information – must be accurate and kept up to date. Any discrepancy between your account details and your verified identity documentation may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777 Manila are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are credited to your account wallet and withdrawals are processed back to verified payment methods in your name. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take a few minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and responsible gaming checks. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers take one to two banking days.
• 777 Manila does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name. This is a security and anti-money laundering requirement.
• 777 Manila reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

777 Manila may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In general, the following rules apply to all promotional offers on the platform:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Promotional terms specify whether an offer is available to new players, existing players, or specific groups.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless the platform offers a specific cash-out or edit feature, and only within the conditions of that feature.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and account tier. These are displayed within the betting slip or game interface.
• In the event of technical errors, mis-priced odds, or system failures that result in an incorrect bet being accepted, 777 Manila reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777 Manila. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud, cheat, or manipulate the platform, other players, or the outcomes of games or bets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multi-player formats like Tongits or poker variants.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using coordinated betting strategies specifically to exploit promotional offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. 777 Manila cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities and regulators in the detection and reporting of suspected money laundering activity.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without express written approval from 777 Manila.
• Accessing Restricted Markets: Attempting to use VPNs or other technology to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at other players or 777 Manila staff through any channel.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

777 Manila reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
